Use
-Cut the wick to a neat 1 cm length before lighting. Too high a wick can generate a larger flame and damage the candle.
-Place the candle in a bowl before lighting.
-For the first lighting: let the candle burn for at least 1 hour to create an ignition pool and avoid tunneling.
