Candle Care

• Before you first light the candle, cut the wick by 0.5 inches (1 cm). When the wick is too high it could generate a big flame that damages the candle

• Make sure to let the candle burn for at least one hour after the first lighting, in order to create a pool and avoid tunneling

• Never leave your candle unattended. Do not light near a flammable surface

• Remove decorations or dried flowers before lighting your candle

• Avoid blowing on the candle and use a snuffer instead. You might recenter the wick when the wax is getting cold

• You can cut the burnt piece at the end of the wick before each new lighting. It improves combustion and extends the life of the candle
